I took my first yoga class on March 1, 2020—and life has never been the same. What began as a new experience quickly grew into a deep love for the practice, as I witnessed healing unfold in my body, mind, and spirit. Long-term sports injuries began to mend, and I discovered a new sense of softness, patience, and humility within myself.
Yoga has become a lens through which I view the world and humanity—with awe at our capacity for love, courage, and resilience. Every story shared through asana reminds me of what it means to be human—and to be humane.
In March 2021, I enrolled in The Giving Room’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and have since pursued additional certifications in hot yoga, yin, yoga nidra, and restorative practices. Most recently, I completed my 300-hour advanced training with Good Ground Yoga. I am also a certified sound healer and a dedicated licensed clinical social worker, committed to helping individuals live joyful, empowered, and healthy lives.
Yoga has taught me to live and lead fearlessly—not just on the mat, but in every aspect of life. My classes are rooted in joy, designed to uplift and raise the vibration of the world through movement, stillness, and community. I hope to inspire you to move boldly, breathe deeply, and heal together.
