We offer hot yoga classes and hot mat pilates at our location at 345 Montauk Highway, East Moriches, NY. Private or semi-private instruction at our location or yours is available as well. We are a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher Training School, and currently offer 200HR Trainings.
