Five years ago I found Yoga to help heal my body, which it did! Not knowing that Yoga for me, would truly help heal my mind! There is not a day that goes by that I am not finding Yoga on or off my mat. In or out of the studio. After practicing regularly, I decided to take my first hot yoga training. Not only did regular practice change me, but teaching changed me. Within the next year I took my 200hour training and decided this was the path I was meant to be on. There is something magical that happens within you every time you do yoga and for me every time I teach Yoga. As a teacher I watch a light begin to shine or shoulders begin to drop, stress begin to fade… it’s beautiful! With regular practice you are able unravel the knot, you see a little clearer, you make space for the new and you connect with yourself, which in the end helps you to connect better with others.
