About SUP – Catch the Buddha Beach Wave!
SUP Yoga is a Yoga class on a Stand Up Paddleboard. Being outside on the water is an amazing way to practice yoga and meditation.
No yoga or paddleboard experience is required. We love beginners and advanced students alike!
If you have your own board you are welcome to use it or rent equipment from us! We have limited rentals so be sure to register ahead of time.
It is very important that we have your email address and cell phone number in your student record as classes may be canceled or rescheduled up to an hour before the session due to changing wind or weather conditions. We need to know how to reach you!
Get started today by:
Purchasing a class or package online AND
Booking your specific class in our online schedule. This is very important as we have limited board rentals and small class sizes.
Please note, we require 24 hours notice for class cancellations. You must register at least two hours in advance for a class to guarantee a spot in our class.
What to Wear?
We recommend wearing quick-drying yoga or exercise clothing and/or a bathing suit and water shoes. Most students do not get wet during class unless they want to jump in. Our SUP boards are very stable and designed for yoga.
Don’t forget the sunscreen!
