Danielle may practice law by day, but her true passion in life is the practice of yoga. Creating balance in her life is most important and she infuses the harmony of ease and effort into all of her classes. Danielle found yoga 10 years ago and instantly fell in love with the practice- the harmony between movement and silence. Danielle completed her 200 hour teacher training at Yoga Yama focusing on both Ashtanga and Vinyasa. Her fusion between challenging movements, moments of silence and graceful transitions allow yogis of all levels to find a moving meditation.
